Health & Safety

Your child’s health and safety are our top priorities, which is why we take many precautions and follow strict hygiene policies to ensure their utmost wellbeing.

Built with security in mind

  • Secure and supervised access to the building, and only authorized persons allowed to collect children
  • Our glass is covered with 3M Safety and Security Films, making it shatter-proof to ensure maximum protection
  • Equipped with fire safety and Boecker® pest control procedures
  • Regular risk assessment done by staff and management
  • The building is fitted with Low-e glass to minimize heat and keep temperatures cooler

Health

  • Regular cleaning done by trained staff and regular trainings on hygiene and cleanliness
  • Daily disinfection with Boecker® products with their Infection Control PlanTM – ICPTM
  • Children’s items are separated and each child uses their own personal items
  • Each child has his/her own bed, marked with their name, as well as their personal bed sheet and cover
  • Toys are cleaned and disinfected twice daily by our highly trained in-house cleaning crew using Boecker®’s MICROBECSTM Plus Nontoxic Disinfectant

In Safe Hands

  • Monthly Pediatrician visits with report sent out to parents
  • Staff is trained in health & safety procedures & CPR
  • Soft and safe playgrounds with soft vinyl floors to minimize floor injuries
  • Finger guards and corner protectors to minimize the risk of accidents
  • Safe and age appropriate resources

    Our Homey Kitchen & Nutritious
    Menu

    Our in-house kitchen is headed by Georgette and Maryam, our long standing chefs of 10+ years.

    Georgette and Maryam treat all the kids as if they were their own, and make sure everything is meticulously cleaned and prepped, and that the food is always cooked with love.

    Fresh ingredients and clean water, always.

    All our ingredients are bought fresh, prepackaged and frozen for when they are out of season. Our kitchen sink is loaded with the special technology of Ionized water, which disinfects food and removes all harmful germs and bacteria from the food. This is an added step when cleaning food to maintain our high food quality standards. Our tap water is filtered throughout the building.

    Our meal plan is developed by a clinical dietician, Healthy V by Vanessa Bechaalani

    Vanessa Bechaalani has developed our menu, making it healthy and wholesome, and ensuring it eliminates processed meat and cheeses and contains enough fruits, vegetables, protein and dairy for the children’s ideal physical development.

    Multidisciplinary Experts

    We have a team of experts who keep a close eye out on all the children, and whose resources are available upon request.
    • A physco-motor therapist visits twice a week and observes kids in their natural surroundings, assessing their motor skills throughout exercises and activities
    • A psychologist conducts weekly observations on all kids
    • A speech therapist visits twice a week and monitors the kids’ developmental speech
    • A pediatrician performs monthly checkups on all the kids

    We closely monitor all our kids for behavioral, learning or physical difficulties and work hand in hand with the parents to help improve and overcome them.

    There is nothing in this world better than snuggling a sweet newborn. It is truly a blessing to spend my days with the littlest ones here, and watch them grow and become more and more independent

      Open Communication & Transparency

      We understand it’s important to bridge the connection between their time spent at home and with us, that’s why we make it a priority to share as much as possible with parents.

      • A daily summary, including pictures, are sent from teachers to parents through a user friendly mobile app
      • We have a strong parent partnership, which includes an open door policy and an approachable team who is always ready to answer all questions or concerns
      • Pictures are shared on social media regularly (upon parent’s consent)

      Our premises are fitted with CCTV cameras that monitor and record all classes and common spaces. We invite and encourage parents to come into our reception and watch their kids anytime.
